What Is The Best Type Of Degree For Me?

This can be difficult if you’re not familiar with all of your options. The main types of degrees are associate, bachelor’s, master’s, doctorate and professional.

Associate degrees typically take two years or less to complete and allow you to pursue a trade or begin working in a technical field. Bachelor’s degrees take about four years, but you can often finish sooner with some time off in between terms.

If you can get into Stanford, it’s well worth considering: they have a world-class business school and admission is extremely competitive, but they rank consistently as one of the best universities on Earth.

Another option would be Claremont Colleges: located just outside L.A., these five undergraduate liberal arts schools offer students many opportunities for research in addition to high academic standards, even though they aren’t very well known outside of southern California.

 Another excellent choice would be UCLA Extension if you want flexibility without sacrificing quality education. And then there’s always Occidental College which has been around since 1887, although like Claremont their main draw would be location within Los Angeles itself.

There are many options available to you if you decide an online college is right for your needs, however not all of them are quality institutions.

Ivy Tech Community College – Indiana has been approved by VetTribe to offer discounted tuition rates for eligible veteran students pursuing technical degrees. These include associate’s degree programs in IT Security & Assurance and Cybersecurity as well as certificate programs such as Cybersecurity Fundamentals, Cyber Defense Systems Administration and Network Security Administration.

In addition to tuition discounts, students also receive priority registration so they can start earning credits sooner than non-veteran students.

Which School Will Offer Me The Most Incentives To Attend?

Incentives are not just freebies, though. Incentives could also be scholarship opportunities, career support services and specialized educational programs that take into account your particular background.

And don’t forget about veteran-specific funding opportunities. To qualify for such aid, you’ll need a copy of your DD Form 214, which is available from the National Personnel Records Center at NARA (see sidebar).

 But it’s important to note that not all schools have veteran support services in place or a veteran financial aid office. For instance, only 46% of four-year colleges have an Office of Veterans Affairs or Services on campus according to a survey by Student Veterans of America (SVA).
